| Order Fulfillment:
Orders will ship within 3-21 business days. Personalized items may take longer. Hip Kids Shop cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service. You will receive an email with the tracking number and expected date of delivery.

| Shipping:
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

| Return/Exchange Policy:
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Hip Kids Shop within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition.
Please note that personalized items are purchased with an absolutely no return policy and will not be accepted back.
Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.

| Gift Wrap:
If your purchase is a gift, check the "yes" box under Complimentary Gift Wrap when you add an item to your shopping cart. Then don't forget to tell us what you want us to write under the Enclosure Note box during check out. We'll present your gift in real Hip Kids Shop style!
Catalog:
Sorry, we do not produce a print catalog at this time. The Internet allows us to add items and update our availability every day. Make sure you check the web site frequently!
